Maintenance dues
Monthly maintenance and water dues for every flat, with paid, pending and overdue status.
How the monthly cycle worksApartment management app
Professional apartment management without enterprise complexity. Nestie gives small apartment communities one place for money, repairs and decisions, and every owner sees the same numbers.

Nestie is a web app for running an apartment association. It keeps the association’s money records, repairs and decisions in one place, and shows each person what their role needs. Owners open it in their phone browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
It was built around the real running of a small apartment building: a committee member who looks after the money, a watchman who collects maintenance, and owners who want to know where their money goes. That is still who it is designed for.
Nestie never holds your money. Owners pay the association directly, by cash, UPI or bank transfer, and Nestie records each payment with a receipt. The maintenance collection page explains exactly how.

Each part below is in the app today. Owners, the coordinator and the watchman each see the parts their role needs.

How the monthly cycle worksCash, UPI and bank transfer recorded against the flat, each with a receipt number.
How collection worksElectricity, cleaning, repairs and staff salaries, with the bill attached.
A monthly statement owners approve, a yearly statement for each flat, and simple charts.
About the accountsRepairs raised with a photo, assigned, and tracked until closed. Each one shows its age.
Proposals with one vote per flat, results hidden until voting closes.
Owners, the coordinator and the watchman each see only what their role allows.
Ask Nestie in plain words. It answers from your records, shows the source, and cannot change anything.
The same four steps every month, with the record kept for everyone.
The coordinator raises the month’s maintenance and water dues for every flat in one go.
The watchman records cash, UPI or bank transfer against each flat, and the owner gets a receipt.
Electricity, salaries, cleaning and repairs go in with their bills, so owners can see where the money went.
The coordinator reviews the month, owners approve the statement by vote, and that version is kept for everyone.
Nestie suits standalone apartment buildings and independent apartment associations that run themselves with volunteers: a few committee members, a watchman or two, and owners who are busy with their own lives. If that sounds like your building, see how Nestie works for smaller apartment communities.
Buildings with more than one tower can group flats by tower. Tenants do not have their own Nestie accounts at present; the owner’s account covers the flat.
Larger society platforms add gate and visitor management, amenity booking, parking and vendor marketplaces. Nestie does not. It concentrates on money, repairs and decisions, so a small committee can start using it in a week.
If your society needs those extra modules, a larger platform may suit you better, and we would rather tell you that up front.
No. Nestie opens in any phone browser. Owners can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
No. Money goes to your association directly, in cash, by UPI to your own UPI ID, or by bank transfer. Nestie records each payment and issues a receipt.
