Cash to the watchman
The watchman picks the flat, enters the amount and confirms. A receipt is ready at once. Later the watchman hands the cash to the coordinator, who counts and confirms it in the app.

Owners keep paying the way they do today: cash, UPI or bank transfer, straight to the association. Nestie records every payment against the flat, issues a receipt, and shows everyone who has paid.

Nestie never holds, moves or touches your association’s money. It is not a wallet or a payment gateway. Cash goes to your watchman or coordinator, and UPI and bank transfers go straight to the association’s own bank account or UPI ID. Nestie keeps the record and the receipt.
Because Nestie does not process payments, there is no payment gateway to sign up for.
Every one of them ends the same way: a payment recorded against the flat, with a receipt the owner can share.
The watchman picks the flat, enters the amount and confirms. A receipt is ready at once. Later the watchman hands the cash to the coordinator, who counts and confirms it in the app.
WatchmanThe watchman shows a QR code for your society’s own UPI ID, with the amount filled in. The owner pays, and the watchman enters the UTR from their success screen.
WatchmanAn owner pays from their own login with the QR code or a UPI app link, then sends the 12-digit UTR. The coordinator finds the credit in the bank account and confirms it.
Owner + coordinatorA transfer to the association’s account is recorded with its reference, against the right flat and month.
WatchmanWhen a payment is recorded, Nestie creates an acknowledgement with its own receipt number and tells the owner in the app and by email. The owner can open it or share it at any time, which settles most “I already paid” conversations.
Payments are never quietly edited or deleted. A correction needs a reason and leaves a record of what changed and who changed it. Nestie also warns when a payment looks like a duplicate of one already recorded.

The watchman declares how much cash they are handing over; the coordinator counts it and confirms. If the amounts differ, the handover is flagged for investigation instead of being forgotten.
A UPI payment reported by an owner does not change any balance until the coordinator confirms it against the bank account. If it is rejected, the owner sees the reason.
Nestie does not read bank statements. The coordinator checks UPI and transfers against the association’s account, and the monthly statement shows what was received.
We walk your committee through collection in our sample apartment, on a call or in person.
Your flats, owners, watchman and the association’s UPI ID go in before the next month starts.
The watchman starts recording payments, and owners see their receipts and the collection progress.
Once payments are in, see how the month’s figures add up in apartment accounts and statements.
No. UPI and bank payments go directly to your association’s own account, and cash goes to your watchman or coordinator. Nestie only records the payment.
No. The QR codes Nestie shows are for your society’s existing UPI ID.
The owner can check their receipts in the app. If a UPI payment is missing, they can report it with the UTR, and the coordinator checks it against the bank account.
No. Corrections go through the coordinator, need a reason, and stay in the history.
